Date and Edition:- 1895 4th revised and enlarged ed with 394 hand coloured plates in 6 volumes.
Book condition:- Original binding with gilt bird details to spine. Volume 1 has damage to the canvas on the rear board, also on rear edge of spine and the rear gutter is completely split. There is also a split on the bottom of the front board of volume 3. Otherwise externally tight clean and solid. Internally solid and clean, free of writing, soiling and damage, 1 plate is loose and inserted, but the plates are bright and clean. See photos for further details.
